Here’s a picture of me and my bike at the Anarchist Mountain lookout. I have a love/hate relationship with that mountain. Every year my husband and I climb it when we’re camping down in Osoyoos. Eight km of steady climb, trying to PR every time -painful!
I was a couch-potato most of my life until I got my first road bike in 2006 and I’ve never looked back! Later, I added running and swimming to the mix, but cycling will always be my first love.
